The first time he dresses in lights is in Guillena, on September 9, 1993. He debuted with picadores on February 6, 1994 in Salteras. In his 118 performances as a novillero he manages to cut 171 ears.
Take the alternative in Las Ventas on April 23, 2000, acting as sponsor the killer David Luguillano and witness Finito de Córdoba, making his presentation in Seville on April 24, 2001. He will confirm his alternative in Bogotá (Colombia) on 20 February 2005, sponsored this time by Enrique Ponce and with Paco Perlaza as a witness.
Until November 2001, he was seized by Gonzalito (who was a swordsman of Curro Romero) and José Maguilla. From December of that year to January 2004 they will be Manuel Tornay and Santi Ellauri, being the latter alone since then.
